Separates or All in One System?

For Hi Fi enthusiasts seeking better sound quality the only solution will be separates. This enables you to choose the best components for each job and to suit individual needs. It’s also worth noting that when a part of the system wears out it’s easier to replace that particular part rather than the whole system. You might also feel the need at some stage to upgrade part of the system to improve the sound, or as technology progresses. You will always get better sound quality from separates. If sound quality is not your top priority or space is at a premium then you’ll probably be better with a midi or micro system.

Don’t rely completely on advice from Hi Fi magazines or salesmen, use your own ears and listen to your own type of music.
